What is siteworks?

Siteworks is also referred to as Earthworks and in essence is the clearing of a block of land so it is ready to be built on. It represents all the work carried out on a site prior to building your house. The process involves ensuring the ground is levelled and compacted in order to start building. Good site works are crucial to ensure the house is secure, stable and well built.

Earthworks involves a site scrape in order to ensure trees, rocks and other organic matter is cleared. It also includes the removal of excess soil from the site and preparation of the sand pad.
